If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue, please go to urgent care or the emergency room.
A few logistics:
The portal is best used for messaging to ask about appointments, request refills, sending important updates, or asking clarifying questions to Dr. Benavent. It can be very challenging to give in-depth medical advice through the portal so you may be offered an appointment.
Portal messages are for non-emergency questions. Dr. Benavent tries to reply promptly, but please allow at least 72hrs for a response.
